High Steppin' Out

Hey I'm a fan. A lot of work went into this and it's clear. However the point of a critique is to help us get better right?

So my only criticism is that it looks like a toy model.

What seems to be lacking is any type of ambience in the air or volumetric feel of the atmospherics at play. With this lighting (really good by-the-way) I feel like the sunlight cutting through the blue ambient light should give us some dust in the air or at least the ray itself due to how stark the contrast is between shaded blue zones and sunlit areas.

That alone would lend weight to the whole thing and make it "feel" more real. Hell toss in a smidge of DOF in the background and only just kissing the foreground and the entire thing would be perfect.
