ok, this is a re-do of a render i did last summer in daz studio called "Rage"....it even was awarded a Daily Deviation! That render was heavily touched up in CS3 to the point where it looked cool, but not very realistic.

this is the same model posed in Daz, but it was rendered in Keyshot and except for a slight levels and saturation adjustment, hasn't been touched up at all!

i'm thinking of redoing the scene to see how it all turns out.

anyway, here it is! I love the look! what do you guys think? comments and questions are more than welcome!!

I love the blue hair, I definitely like the hard shell armor., the undershirt stuff I would replace with some kind of Crysis nano suit like material.
I'd also give her a visor with a H.U.D. and boom mike.

Reminds me of the cover of one of the Warhammer novels. Excellent detail and crisp look to it, makes her look very real. Nice work.

well, actually i lucked out! Aery Soul has IMHO, the BEST hair out there for the daz/poser people to use. it looks amazing when placed into something like Keyshot because of the geometry. and since i'm still using Keyshot 2, i have no alpha mat control.

if you have a chance to get your hands on some of this hair, i highly recommend it! this paticular hair style is called "golden drops"...but really, any of them will do wonderfully!

I really love this model, well done. You have really captured the heat of the moment and an intenseness that not may other people can accomplish because this image is about this person as a warrior and not simply an idealised woman wielding a gun. I look forward to going through the rest of your gallery.

I would say she's lost that emotion that was SO apparent in "Rage". The look in her eyes were really filled with rage, you could just see it. Thats my only thing. do you think you can match the 'intent to murder' look from "Rage" into the new render?

great job, I'd try this program. What settings do you use to export from Poser and import Keyshot? :)

i export it as an obj, making sure that the materials are collected. usually i use the "lightwave" preset and adjust the materials in the dialog box. let me know if you have other questions!
